A: The answer to all such questions is the same: we merely collect all the information from carriers that handle your package in one place, and have no explicit information about what's going on with your package. If you see that your package status is "Delivered", or you see no updates for a significant period of time, or your parcel has been delivered to a wrong address - that's what your carrier told us. If you have any further questions, than please address all of them directly to your carrier.

Q: I've recently made a purchase and now I want to track my package, but your service shows its status is "Not found". Where is my package?

A: This may be due to different reasons. The most probable of them is that it may take several days for the package to become trackable, since carriers need some time to put your tracking number in their database. The best thing you can do is to check back later. Also this may be happening if you've provided an incorrect tracking number. Please, check if you typing it correctly.

Q: When my package will be delivered?

A: We have no knowledge of that. In fact, no one does, not even your carrier, because it depends on too many variables. Just be patient and check back from time to time for updates.
