The tracking page has been automatically created at your store after app installation. Its web address relative to your store is /tools/track-your-order

Add a link to it to your menu, so it's visible and accessible for your customers.

How would my customers know their tracking numbers?

When you ship an order to a customer, your carrier appends a tracking number to your shipment and provides this number to you. After fulfilling an order an "Add Tracking" button appears at its page in your admin panel, which opens a popup with a form where you're supposed to put this tracking number. What happens if I run out of credits?

If you run out of credits the app doesn't stop working completely. It just stops showing tracking information directly at your store's tracking page. Instead, it redirects the customer's request here, to the Packages24.com website, where the tracking information is shown.

Will my credits be deducted if a customer tries to use a wrong tracking number?

No, the credits are deducted only for successful tracking requests. Credits are not deducted if a customer tries to use the wrong or non-existent tracking number.

Is there a free plan available?
