Communication Items & Mail

APG

In the event of loss, theft, and damage to these shipments, compensation is paid to the beneficiaries within the framework of bilateral agreements between countries. The time to request, news about these posts are limited to 4 months, starting on the day after the post is posted.

Within the scope of indirect representation and simplified procedure, e-commerce products with a value of up to 7500 Euros are accepted at no additional charge. Turkey Post Company gives customs declaration before the shipments are abroad. Upon the request of the customers, the customs declaration number is sent to them via e-mail. Customers are able to receive tax returns from "Vedop" with this declaration number.
