Shenzhen ShunYou Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in 2008. ShunYou or SunYou is a holding company under the Jintong International Industry (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., a professional international freight forwarding company approved by the industrial and commercial departments of Shenzhen and Hong Kong. It has more than 3,000 square meters. The parcel processing center, which handles hundreds of thousands of international parcels a day, is an international logistics company recommended by well-known e-commerce sites such as eBay, PayPal, AliExpress, Amazon, and so on.

SunYou Dedicated Line

The dedicated line is a business-clearing special line product cooperated by SunYou Logistics and multinational post and local express delivery company. It has the characteristics of fast customs clearance and fast delivery. It needs to be used by e-commerce sellers with fast aging and high production value. Hong Kong has direct flights to destination countries, using commercial customs clearance. Since the date of collection, if no delivery is made in five days, double freight will be compensated.

Small Package

SunYou's small package is a brand-new logistics method launched by ShunYou Logistics specifically for cross-border e-commerce sellers. According to different countries, different weights, different product properties, and other factors, scientifically choose different postal routes and transit flights to achieve the lowest logistics cost, the fastest delivery speed. This option is suitable for sending small packages to more than 200 countries and regions around the world.

Grams are used as the billing unit, without first priority and no processing fee. Regular mail provides semi-tracking information, and registered information provides full-time proper investment information. If there is no delivery in ten days since the date of collection, double freight will be compensated.

S Packet

S-Packet is a special postal line product developed by SunYou Logistics for cross-border e-commerce sellers. It has the characteristics of low tariffs, fast speed, and stable timeliness. Flat mail can be traced to the postal destination of the destination country. 4-5 days.

SunYou departed from Hong Kong and flew directly to the destination country through SunYou Global Mail Transfer Center (GMTC). It can receive special products such as electrified products, beauty products, knives, liquids, and powders. It is currently Aliexpress, Wish, eBay, Amazon, Joom, Vova, MyMall, and other e-commerce platform sellers. They mainly choose one of the SunYou logistics services. Standard Parcel

Standard Parcel is a fast-moving service for large-size parcels in cooperation with SunYou Logistics and post offices of various countries. It uses postal customs clearance and priority postal delivery services for destination countries. Direct flight to destination countries via SunYou Global Transit Center allows to efficiently and rapidly accomplish the delivery. If no delivery is made in five days since the date of collection, double freight will be compensated.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Weight limit: the weight of a single piece does not exceed 30 kg and 20 kg in some countries;
  • Size limit: unilateral length≤150cm, perimeter≤300cm.

Guide On Placing an Order

One: Log in SunYou system to place an order

  • Step 1: The user logs on SunYou’s official website www.sypost.com to register as a SunYou user;
  • Step 2: After successful registration, the account manager will contact you to verify the information and review the account. After passing the review, you can start using the system;
  • Step 3: Pre-recharge, log in to the system and click the "Home Recharge" button to recharge online; or contact the sales staff for offline recharge;
  • Step 4: Click "Package" in the main menu, and create a new package or batch import; after successful, click "Batch Forecast" to enter the "Print List" interface, print the list, and paste it on the corresponding package.

Two: Self-built ERP/WMS system orders through API

API connection between the self-built system and the SunYou system to realize order placement. If you need to connect to the system, please contact the SunYou account manager to send the API docking document, or download it on the client and then follow the guidelines for docking.

Three: Third-party ERP system orders

Use third-party ERP systems, such as mango store manager, ECPP, Saito, store secret, Tongtu, Puyuan, Sumai ERP, Sai Box ERP, etc., to place orders. You still will be able to track your packages.

SunYou Tracking Number

Possibility to know where your package is with the most accurate information is very important. Thus, in the international and national delivery industry, all services offer convenient tracking possibilities. Thus, it is possible with a special tracking number, which serves as an ID of the package. Delivery companies decide for themselves, what format their number will have. As for SunYou tracking number format, it consists of 13 characters. In most cases, it begins with SY letters, which allows easily to know what company performs the delivery. Then goes 11 digits, while sometimes, the last two characters may also be letters. Here are some examples:

  • SY11335577990.

In order to use SunYou tracking number you simply need to visit the official webpage where you just enter the number. Alternatively, there are plenty of tracking services, which allow you to easily check the status of the delivery tracking number from various delivery companies including SunYou.

Average Delivery Time

  • Small Package. The time needed for delivery depends on the destination. In average it needs up to 10 working days;
  • S-Packet. In order to deliver packages to a large number of countries across the world it takes up to 5 working days;
  • SunYou Dedicated Line. Sending parcels to multiple countries with these options, it requires up to 5 working days to accomplish delivery, unless there are no delay issues;
  • Standard Parcel. Sending packages with this option requires up to 5 working days.
