Theirs and at the same time, again, the public post service (associated to) AP now have 4 deliveries some newly blamed on the sellers plus missing, wrong pick up addresses, etc. It appears politics and top job (incompetence) reinstatement litigation publicity is driving these people to new heights of low. Fastway/(Newname) because of their shonky major price undercutting methods plus lack of responsability for improperly trained franchisees should not be operating in Australia

Delivery times are so bad weeks apon weeks from something to travel ness then 30km. Ask about your parcel and all they do is show you the tracking detail you can look up yourself. There isn’t much to look at there because they don’t scan when it’s been received or dispatched. Do not waste your money time and effort with this company! Horrible!

Ron Woolley also says: Show text"...Your parcel has been delivered according to your delivery instructions..." Both 4PX and Fastway (aka 'Aramex') indicate the above message when package is tracked. I HAVE NEVER GIVEN THOSE COMPANIES PERMISSION TO JUST DUMP MY DELIVERIES ANYWHERE the franchisee sees fit at the time; or steal to sell on!! Fastway, not the initial courier but passed on to by 4PX, have misappropriated this parcel of medical face masks I (74y/old) and a neighbour (82y/old) are needing for covit virus protection. We are in the primary susceptibility age group and now have to find and wait another 3-4 weeks or more to receive masks to add to our depleted supply (like hens teeth to obtain locally in Australia). Fastway couriers have misapropriated (probably resold) several deliveries last year and this time I could not make an alternate request when ordering... Fastway were used by 4PX for local delivery. So far I have not been offered any recourse for cost recovery; even though my cctv does not indicate ANY delivery attempt. Fastway franchised couriers are liers and probably thieves. Last year it was also admitted once that the franchisee had even used a "friend" to help out??? resulting in a dumped delivery (thankfully dropped off by a rare honest recipient streets away). Avoid them like the plague where possible. Request on shopping carts to not use them.
