Simply put, I never received any notification from BPost. When I asked to track my parcel weeks later, BPost requested a "bar code" that I "should have received". Without a bar code, they claimed there was nothing they could do. Failing the bar code, the parcel was lost. Too bad. Really? This is 2021, right?
